  4. Delete the folder named“bcfkbphfoecfajgkjcmjjlmgobbiockm”.
  5. Go back to Google Chrome.
  6. Go toMenu –> More Tools –> Extensions.
  7. Delete the extension named “SearchPrivacySwitch”.

The infected extension will be removed. Please note that the residue files might still be left behind in this method.
