It is a new version of Cryptomix ransomware. As this new form will annex the .XZZX Cryptomix extension to the encrypted files. Once after XZZX Cryptomix ransomware is tricked into a system, it will check a PC for data files and encrypt them. While encoding a record, it will attach an extension in the arrangement of name.id-[id].XZZX. For instance, a record called test.jpg would be encoded and renamed to test.jpg.BCBEF350.XZZX.

FIle encryption

After encrypting the files, it would leave a ransom note similar to the older Cryptomix ransomware versions  _HELP_INSTRUCTION.TXT” and can be found on the desktop demanding the ransom. But now provides theses emails xzzx@tuta.io, xzzx1@protonmail.com, xzzx10@yandex.com, and xzzx101@yandex.com to the victims to contact for payment information.
